The company , a global leader in custom packaging solutions, is establishing a new

manufacturing plant in El Salvador. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally hardworking,

flexible, and willing to be available beyond regular working hours, as coordination with

our facilities in the United States and China may occasionally require communication

during unconventional times. You will play a critical role in facilitating strategic,

administrative, and operational functions, serving as the primary liaison for internal and

external communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, external partners, and international stakeholders.

• Coordinate strategic planning and executive meetings, managing agendas, follow-ups, and ensuring timely completion of critical tasks.

• Effectively manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings, including arrangements during non-standard hours due to international collaboration.

• Draft, manage, and oversee internal and external communications, including emails, memos, presentations, and detailed reports.

• Oversee special projects aligned with executive objectives from initiation to successful completion.

• Conduct comprehensive research and gather data to support executive decision-making.

• Arrange international and domestic travel logistics, accommodations, and schedules.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally and discreetly.

Requisitos

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support or

project coordination.

• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and

spoken).

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with a

proactive and solution-focused mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel,

SOS Inventory).

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally, primarily to the US and China.

Existing US visa or prior international travel history preferred but not required.
