Position Summary

As a Paid Social (Facebook Ads) Specialist, you will work alongside experienced marketers to plan, execute, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns that drive high-quality leads. You’ll be responsible for campaign performance, creative problem-solving, and delivering actionable insights to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, identify trends, and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns within Facebook Business Manager.
  • Tracking Setup: Implement and manage Facebook pixel, conversion events, and other tracking tools.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the team via Slack and HubSpot to ensure seamless account management and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed performance updates and data-driven recommendations.
  • Ad Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B testing to continuously improve performance and conversions.

Requisitos

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns (Facebook Business Manager, pixel/event tracking, GA4 knowledge a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns under one brand or multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads reporting, and conversion tracking setup
  • Understanding of SEO, Social Media Advertising, and general digital marketing best practices
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (sales experience is a plus)
  • Keen attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
  • A data-driven approach with solid analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and pivot quickly while avoiding analysis paralysis
